BJ Lownie has over 30 years’ experience working on proposals across many industries and in countries all over the world from “Boston to Bangalore.” He has led teams in the development of hundreds of proposals and has had thousands of people attend his presentations or workshops. He is a recognized thought-leader on proposal development and presents at numerous conferences and industry events each year. B.J. is credited by numerous individuals and organizations for significantly improving their proposal quality and capabilities.

B.J. is a founding member, an accredited Professional and elected Fellow of APMP. He is the co-author, with Jon Williams, of The Proposal Guys (blog) and Proposal Essentials: Win More, Win More Easily (book). B.J. has a background in journalism, engineering and business.

Diane Loudenback CF APMP

Director of Knowledge Base Services

Diane has more than 20 years’ experience working with proposals, specializing in related technologies and applications.  She was an early employee of Pragmatech, a pioneer and leader in proposal automation, and has since helped customers across virtually all industries implement RFP & Proposal-based applications.

Special areas of expertise include:

  • Education: a former educator, Diane is able to convey complex concepts effectively and is very effective at helping drive user adoption
  • Implementation management: software implementations, particularly with respect to proposal-based technology
  • Product development: Providing guidance on product direction and enhancements

Diane is a member of and certified by APMP. She holds a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems.
