Strategic Proposals History
Our US team, led by BJ Lownie, has been delivering successful programs for clients since 1987 under the 'P3 Consulting Group' banner, before being renamed Strategic Proposals L.L.C.
Our UK business, Strategic Proposals Limited, was launched in 2001 as a professional practice within PMMS, the international purchasing consultancy group. The business was launched as a stand-alone company in June 2006, still working in close partnership with PMMS.
Meanwhile, our newly-formed Netherlands operation, Strategic Proposals NL, is led by Richard Buijs, head of the local APMP chapter.
